How to buy a telescope?
TECHNOLOGY BASICS TO KNOW BEFORE BUYING A TELESCOPE AS A BEGINNER.
You might have aspirations to discover comets, become a published Astro-imager someday, or you might want to enjoy the views of the moon and the planets from time to time.
Whatever your astronomy goals are, one thing is for sure, we all must start at the beginning, and this guide will show you how to buy a telescope.
At first, we have to know that there are certain types of telescopes:
Refractor Type Telescope (Lens-based)
Achromat (single glass)
Personally suggesting, do not choose this because it has a single lens & this lens distorts the wavelength of all three primary colours apart, leading to the essence of actual colours.
ED/Doublet (double glass)
It will do the work because it conserves red & blue colour. Hence there is not so much green colour, so this will not affect most of your images.
AI/Triplet (triple glass)
It is the best because it conserves all three primary colours that help you to see the universe in its true essence.

Quality
Best telescopes for deep space are
Refractor (EDIAPO)
Newtonian Reflector
Richey Chretien Rowe Ackerman Smith
Best for planets are
Smith Cassagraim
Maskutov
As a beginner, you can start with refractor type telescopes if you are interested in astronomy and astrophotography.
